Quik! Form Building Policy

At Quik!, we strive to provide you with all of the industry forms possible and are constantly increasing the number of forms in our library. In order to maintain a list of the most current forms, we tend to work directly with product companies and ask them to provide form updates to us directly. If there is a form that you need that we do not have, we may be able to build it for if you send it to us in PDF format. We handle form requests in the following manner:

1. We first attempt to get permission directly from the product company to ensure that we have the latest version and can continue to receive form updates. If the product company agrees to provide form updates, then building the form would not cost you anything.
    
   
2. While we're attempting to form a relationship with the product company, we can generally build the form specifically for you. In this situation we treat the form as a custom form (see option 2 above) and add the form to your account for only you to use. Custom forms cost $10 for each page requiring data entry fields, with a minimum charge of $25 per form.
